We are home

We are in the house. :-)

The preliminary results of the biopsies showed that previous treatments had some positive impact. Amanda will finish the second part of a two-part chemo treatment at the end of this coming week, and will be able to do that right here in Columbia.

There will then be a couple of weeks allowed for recovery time before we take the next step, which is still being debated at this point. It may involve a very unique treatment that is only available about three places in the U.S., and one of them is M.D. Anderson in Houston, TX ... which is where we would be going if it turns out that is an option. We'll keep you posted as we know more details.
