Amanda returned to the Univ. on Thursday morning for her routine lab work. At this time, her counts are still good. She will have labs drawn again on Monday morning. They will continue to monitor her during the next week as we prepare to make our move down to Houston.
And speaking of Houston...after a new schedule that came in the mail, more phone calls then I care to remember, a few emails and numerous pages on a beeper, we have learned that there will be a schedule change regarding our trip. As I type this, I only know that we will not be going to Houston on the 9th. When we will be going will be determined early next week.
Gotta love it. :-}
Until then we will enjoy each day that we have here together as a family. Our son, Joshua, has returned home from his trip to China and will stay with us until school starts in the fall, Haley is staying with us while working & taking classes in Columbia this summer, and those of us who live here full time are thrilled to have them both back home. The McDaniel house feels right with everyone here and friends coming through the front door all hours of the day (and night!)
