Just a quick entry to let everyone know that Amanda was cleared to have her port removed tomorrow (Wednesday).
Monday's appointments went well and everyone who checked her felt the time was right and that she was ready to have it removed.
Amanda and I will go to the hospital early Wednesday morning for the surgery. It is done as an "out patient" and so I will get to bring her home after she awakes.
This is a day that is a result of many things...family love, treatments, tears, friends, incredible support, and above all....the incredible power of prayer.
